By purchasing class packs through the CASA.WELLNESS booking system or attending classes at CASA studios, I agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for all future exercise activities and events hosted by CASA Wellness Limited, including any future participation at their facilities.

I accept full responsibility for participating in any training classes or activities at my own risk, basing my involvement on my assessment of my physical condition. I confirm that I have undergone a physical examination or received medical clearance from my private physician before starting an exercise program. This program is not suitable for individuals with known heart disease, regardless of functional impairment.

I acknowledge the possibility of experiencing certain conditions during or after training sessions, such as fatigue, muscle pain, lightheadedness, headaches, fainting, increased energy, mood changes, blood pressure or heart rate abnormalities, impaired heart function, and in rare cases, heart attack or stroke. The cardiovascular response to these activities cannot be predicted with complete certainty.

Neither the active or passive instructors, officers, directors, shareholders, apprentices, student teachers, independent contractors, employees, landlords, members, volunteers, agents, nor the equipment manufacturers will be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, illnesses, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to the services, facilities, and exercise classes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
